Another brilliant idea. Warner bros offered a new kind of job: Track batman down playing the actual video game, for a monthy payroll.
On the website, we enabled thousands of users to take a psychological test in order to select the best profiles for the interviews. As the recruiter, we obviously consulted Batman's worst enemy: the Joker. For 8 hours a day, during a week, interviews took place via Google Hangouts thanks to the live performance of an actor filmed using a motion capture system. At the end of the interviews Samuel was selected to track down Batman and signed a contract for 2000 euros a month.
